1. Client-Side Calculations & Local Processing
At Tools Stak, we prioritize the privacy and security of your financial and utility data. Most calculations, text formatting, and conversions (including PDF converters, developer utilities, and calculators) run locally in your browser. Input parameters, text payloads, or file contents are never transferred to un-encrypted external servers.
2. Google Authentication & Saved Deal Portfolio
To unlock interactive business deal tools, export custom reports, and save deal evaluations, users can optionally sign in using Google Authentication.
- Verified Email Address & Profile Name: Returned by Google OAuth to establish user identity.
- Saved Deal Portfolio: Business deal parameters (e.g. SDE, Purchase Price, DSCR, cash flows) saved by the user under their unique account ID.
- Data Usage & Protection: Your authentication data is strictly used to provide account features, load saved deal analyses, and enable export capabilities. We never sell, rent, or trade user profile or deal data.
3. Google AdSense & Advertising Cookies
We use Google AdSense and third-party advertising partners to serve advertisements on our site. These companies may use non-personally identifiable information about your visits to provide relevant advertisements.
- Google uses cookies (including DART cookies) to serve ads based on user browsing history.
- You can opt-out of personalized advertising anytime by visiting Google Ads Settings.
4. Google Analytics (GA4)
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to aggregate site performance statistics, page views, and general device metrics. Analytics data is aggregated anonymously and does not correlate personal deal parameters with website analytics logs.

- Access & Export: You can view and copy your account information and saved deal portfolio anytime inside your account panel.
- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You can delete any saved deal evaluation from your account portfolio or contact support to request complete removal of your authenticated profile records.
- Consent Management: You can manage or withdraw consent for non-essential cookies via our Cookie Consent panel.
6. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Rights
California residents have the right to request access to or deletion of their personal information, and to opt-out of data sharing for personalized advertising. We do not sell user personal information for monetary compensation.
